Hayley completed 10 years retail banking experience with the Halifax, starting as a cashier she quickly progressed her career to a managerial position.  Hayley decided she wanted a change in career and studied CeMAP in 2016; she is passionate about mortgages and providing her clients with excellent customer service and meeting their individual needs through mortgage, insurance and protection products.

Hayley is married and enjoys family time, she is kept very busy by her young son and enjoys travelling to new destinations and experiencing new cultures in her spare time.
